Use your own Instagram export

Request a download of your Instagram information from Meta Accounts Center, including your followers and following lists. Import the downloaded archive in Out the Rudes. The app does not ask for your Instagram password.

Understand the results

Rudes are accounts you follow that do not follow you back in the imported export. Snubs follow you, but you do not follow them. Mutuals follow each other. These results describe the export, not live activity.

Compare later imports

Import a newer export to compare changes. History and account timelines require Pro. If an archive fails to import, check that it contains both followers and following information. Do not email your complete export to support.

Purchases and restoration

Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account used to subscribe. Apple manages billing, refunds, and cancellation. Available plans, prices, and any trial eligibility appear before purchase. Cancelling renewal of an annual plan paid monthly does not cancel its remaining commitment payments.
