These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of Out the Rudes ("the app"). By using the app you accept them.
The app
Out the Rudes analyzes Instagram data-export files that you download from Instagram and choose to import. Analysis happens on your device. The app's results are only as accurate as the export files Instagram gives you.
License
You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Out the Rudes Pro
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Available plans may include monthly billing, annual billing paid upfront, and an annual commitment paid monthly. Availability, localized prices, billing intervals, and commitment terms are displayed before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Apple handles billing and subscription management. You can manage or cancel renewal in your Apple Account settings.
- If you choose a monthly payment plan with a 12-month commitment, cancelling renewal prevents the next commitment period; it does not remove the remaining agreed monthly payments for the current 12-month commitment. The terms shown by Apple at purchase apply.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Prices may change; Apple notifies you before a change takes effect, and you can cancel if you don't agree.
Your responsibilities
- Export your Instagram data through Instagram's official tools and comply with the terms that apply to your Instagram account.
- Don't use the app for anything unlawful, and don't attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse it.
Out the Rudes is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta, and it never connects to your Instagram account.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including decisions you make about who to unfollow.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time. The license ends automatically if you breach these terms.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated version ships with the app and the effective date above is revised. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
